William Olsen

William Olsen has published three collections of poetry from TriQuarterly Books, Avenue of Vanishing (2007), Trouble Lights (2002), and Vision of a Storm Cloud (1996). His collection The Hand of God and a Few Bright Flowers was reissued in 2003 as part of the Carnegie Mellon Classic Contemporary Series. His poems and essays have appeared in The New Republic, Chicago Review, The Paris Review, and The Southern Review, and TriQuarterly,among numerous others. He edits *New Issues Poetry & Prose( and teaches at Western Michigan University and Vermont College.
